Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of TextSluts (the "Site"). By entering or using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

01You must be 18 or older

The Site contains adult material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher — and only where accessing this material is legal. By using the Site you confirm you meet those requirements.

02What TextSluts is

TextSluts is a directory. It aggregates and links to live broadcasts that are produced, hosted, and operated by third-party platforms. TextSluts does not create, record, store, or broadcast any of the streams, images, or performer content shown. Player windows, viewer counts, goals, and online status are supplied by the source platform's feed and embedded or linked here for convenience.

03Affiliate relationship

TextSluts participates in affiliate programs. When you follow a link, register, or make a purchase on a linked third-party platform, TextSluts may earn a commission. This never changes the price you pay. Links may carry tracking parameters so the source platform can attribute the referral.

04Accounts

Any account or preference you create on TextSluts itself is used only to remember your choices and improve your experience. It is not an account on the source platform. To chat, tip, or watch private shows, you register separately on the third-party platform under its own terms.

05Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site if you are under 18 or in a place where the content is unlawful.
• Scrape, copy, republish, or resell the Site's listings, data, or media.
• Attempt to identify, locate, harass, or contact performers off-platform.
• Record, redistribute, or capture any stream.
• Interfere with the Site's operation or bypass any access control.

06Intellectual property

The TextSluts name, layout, and original text are owned by TextSluts. Streams, performer names, images, and marks belong to the performers, the source platform, or their respective owners, and are used here under those platforms' affiliate and embedding programs.

07Third-party sites and content

The Site links to and embeds material from services TextSluts does not control. TextSluts is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, pricing, or practices of those services. Your dealings with any third-party platform are solely between you and that platform.

08No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. TextSluts does not guarantee that listings are accurate, that a performer shown as "live" is currently broadcasting, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TextSluts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any linked third-party service.

10Indemnification

You agree to hold TextSluts harmless from any claim arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these terms.

11Changes

TextSluts may update these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
